Our GLL ignition coil uses high-purity copper wire and polyamide-imide composite coated enameled wire. This material combination can still maintain insulation performance in high temperature environments of 155°C to 180°C, far exceeding the industry F-level standard (155°C). By optimizing the coil geometry - the ratio of inner diameter to wall thickness (α=3) and the ratio of length to inner diameter (β=2), the magnetic field efficiency is increased by 18%, while energy consumption is reduced by 12%. The application of the closed magnetic circuit structure reduces magnetic leakage by more than 30% and reduces the volume by 20%, which is more suitable for the compact layout requirements of modern engines.

In terms of dynamic response, the intelligent control module can adjust the ignition energy in real time according to the engine speed.
