GLL Car Windshield Wiper-Genleelai

GLL Car Windshield Wiper

Our GLL car wipers use highly elastic composite rubber strips, combined with nano-level hydrophobic coating technology, to achieve two core breakthroughs:

Enhanced Environmental Resilience: Post-rigorous testing, our GLL wiper blades demonstrate exceptional temperature adaptability, maintaining optimal flexibility across an extreme operational spectrum from -50°C to 80°C. This advanced formulation effectively resists the rigors of subzero freezing conditions, icy accumulation, and scorching heat exposure, while preventing the common failure modes of traditional rubber components - including brittleness, deformation, and surface cracking.

Silent noise reduction design: Through micro-texture optimization technology, the contact surface between the wiper strip and the windshield forms a uniform lubrication layer, and the working noise is as low as 35 decibels, which is 40% lower than the industry standard, creating a quiet environment for the cockpit.
Traditional wipers are prone to tilting upwards due to wind pressure when driving at high speeds, resulting in blind spots when wiping. Our GLL original bionic wing-shaped deflector design is inspired by the structure of bird wings:

Dynamic pressure balance: The deflector surface can guide the airflow downward to press the wiper arm, increasing the fit between the wiper blade and the glass by 60%, and maintaining stable wiping even at a speed of 120km/h.

Self-cleaning function: When the airflow passes through the deflector, a vortex is formed, which automatically blows away debris such as fallen leaves and snow, reducing the frequency of manual intervention.
In response to the user's installation pain points, our GLL has created a tool-free quick-release system:

Patented buckle structure: compatible with 28 interface standards such as U-hook, direct plug-in, side lock, etc., covering 99% of the models sold worldwide.
Pre-calibration technology: laser calibration of scraper arm angle and pressure distribution has been completed before leaving the factory. Users only need 3 steps to complete the installation, and the error is controlled within ±1°.
GLL wipers pass two-dimensional durability tests to ensure long-term reliability:

Mechanical durability: After simulating 100,000 reciprocating scrapes (equivalent to 5 years of daily use), the rubber strip wear is only 0.3mm, far below the industry's 1mm scrapping standard.
Corrosion resistance test: After 1,000 hours of salt spray test, the metal bracket is free of rust and the spring leaf elasticity retentio.
